The Residence is the only accommodation in Zanzibar to provide beach-lockers. Your precious belongings can stay with you on the beach without the worry of them getting wet, being covered in sand or losing them.

Valuable items should be safe at all times. Therefore we have installed a safe in every room of The Residence to ensure that our Guests can have complete peace of mind when leaving their rooms.

We put our outstanding, Infinity, RGB swimming pool at our Guests’ disposal. It is available 23 hours a day. No standard 8 – 18 operating hours.
24/7 facility security
The safety and privacy of our Guests is of the utmost importance. That is why, despite Zanzibar being one of the safest places in Africa, we have 24 hour, 7 days a week security. Moreover, our security guards are aided by local Maasai Warriors.
Beach and beach bar
Just in front of our Residence there is a beach bar and a beach with sunbeds and beach beds for the exclusive use of our Guests.

If you were wondering what kind of electric outlet adapter you are going to need, wonder no more. We have included multi-national sockets which allow users from all around the world to use the electrical outlets without adapters.
Laundry and ironing service
Your clothes may get stained during your stay. Accordingly, we can provide a laundry service on request. Just let us know what you want to have cleaned and the next day it will be as good as new.
No curfew
Despite Cast Away Residence being a private property, there is no curfew. We live there and want our Guests to feel like this is their home.

We are aware that there are differences in individual eating habits and diets. Therefore we are ready to prepare meals in accordance with them. Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten-free, Lactose-free, etc. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. We will serve what you want and when you want it.

Have you had a busy night working? Are you having trouble waking up? No worries! We will wake you up whenever you ask us to do so.
Premium car with a driver
Focus on the road, not driving. Travelling through Zanzibar can be problematic, as local people tend to drive in a particular way. So instead, just let our driver know where you want to go and he will take you there.
Jet Ski
If you have an international license you can use our Jet Ski for one hour per day. If not, you can hop on the passenger seat and be taken away on either a crazy or calm journey through the waves.
Quad
Should you have an international driving license, you can also use our quad. Visit remote places and drive through African villages and offroads.
Massage
One complimentary head massage per person performed by a local woman. Rejuvenation in pure form.
